Screening test means Technical, Non technical Aptitude, Verbal and Language skills tset many times.

*EQ will be evaluated by JAM, GD, HR,Technical interviews, PPT.

*SQ will be known by HR.

Spiritual Quotient means what ever may be the odd circumstances he has to do his own activity. Even he supposed to get expected hike or lead position then also he need to have faith in the work place and management. i.e. firm or company where he is working.
