Leader ship Circle - Role of Intelligence or Quotients

Dear Readers and Friends Todays i am going to make the synopsis of different intelligence quotients like IQ, EQ, SQ & PQ.

I can say that a person who wants to be future leader

i.e. in any company as Team lead/Group lead

      or a leader in political party

      or leader  wherever he/she may be or whatever may be the field
needs all the 4 Intelligence or Quotients.

A person all these (Good  IQ, EQ, SQ & PQ) may have a Excellent brain, Strong Heart, Great Spirit and Great Body (physique) .

Hence it will be called as a "Leadership Circle of Required Intelligence (Quotient) "

In the next post i will discuss about further important Intelligence.

PQ (Physical Quotient) and importance

Already in Last posts i have discussed about IQ, EQ and SQ with little example and pictures now i am also trying to discuss PQ.

PQ means Physical Quotient indiactes the capacity to work through situation through your physical proves. 

It relies on effective body usage and skillful use of it.

Some times few people scold you as they don't have good knowledge and skill than you then they will scold you in front of others by comparing with them who are not equal to our expertise and appreciates them in all aspects .Then we need to make a shielding. But heart pains a lot but our body is strong with nice brain then you can overcome. Be brave and be patient then in future definitely they feel ashamed for what the unreal and unbearable words actions have made on us. Have good SQ i.e. God will see their worst tricks on us.  

In some interviews your eye hand coordination capability gives a lot of score before evaluating you. Then it will be a key factor in your selection. So a good body languages and gestures may only possible with more PQ.

*SQ will be known by HR.

Spiritual Quotient means what ever may be the odd circumstances he has to do his own activity. Even he supposed to get expected hike or lead position then also he need to have faith in the work place and management. i.e. firm or company where he is working.

I did not get much time to make post from last month. From now onward i will regularly post the good things. Now i will clearly tell the importance of EQ, SQ rather than IQ.

Normally in our life we can not find the exact way of improving our career and personality. This tells  innocence and ignorance of a even professional students.
I will give one illustration to know this fact.

A Gardener and a difference between an ordinary man this gives a difference between  an intelligent and successful student and good, intelligent and hardworking student . 

Every day an ordinary man sprinkle water on plants. For that he need let us say 5 liters of water.

where as a common man sprinkles water on same no of plants but he needs 15 liters of water.

But in both cases the plants are very green n healthy. can you know why the difference of water in sprinkling.

Because a Gardener sprinkles water only to roots of plants rather than sprinkling it on leaves and branches. Pouring water to roots is only sufficient for the growth of plants. In the same way a student with good EQ, SQ only gives importance to their ultimate goals.

IQ means pouring more water equally on leaves, branches and roots.

EQ means pouring more water on plants which are not green.

SQ means pouring water only on roots.

This the way we need to allocate less time for ordinary activities and personal urges because they can not be ignored. They are also important in many cases. But allocate Maximum time for important activities of Career development. This is required for Efficient time management.

In my case i am giving importance my profession (college activities) rather than using it for my personal (research) and hobbies (blogging). Thank you one and all.

Skills to be upgraded for better career and life

A Person can go through different strides of his life through different opportunities and threats.
Then he has to utilize or face all these positive or negative ones using three skills.

They are

1. IQ (Intelligent Quotient)

2. EQ (Emotional Quotient)

3. SQ (Spiritual Quotient).

These are also to be satisfied by the present student and who will be the future employee. So MNC (Multi National Companies) are going to be test these ones through Screening tests, Group discussions, Technical Interviews and HR interviews etc.
